Brent Baldwin, RVT

With over a decade of hands-on experience in animal care, Brent Baldwin, RVT, is the Hospital Manager at Northfield Veterinary Hospital. Brent oversees the hospital's day-to-day operations, ensuring that the team provides compassionate, high-quality medical care in an efficient and well-managed environment.

A Registered Veterinary Technician, Brent graduated with an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree from the Bel-Rea Institute of Animal Technology in 2015. His career has since taken him through several practices, where he gained extensive experience in a variety of roles.

Brent joined Northfield Veterinary Hospital in May 2023 as a Registered Veterinary Technician. His dedication and leadership were quickly recognized, leading to a promotion to Registered Veterinary Technician Manager in February 2024, and ultimately to Hospital Manager in January 2025. His unique perspective—developed from his hands-on experience as a technician and his leadership roles—allows him to effectively manage the hospital's business functions while also understanding the needs of both the clinical staff and pet owners.
